Queenwood Students Look Ready for Real Estate

—Speaker, this time of year, you may find some schools are plagued by a variety of pranks from their senior students. Well the schools in my electorate of North Shore are no exception, and last week some Mosman residents may have noticed that Queenwood School was listed for sale for an absolute bargain of only $150 million. Year 12 student Sophie Nell teamed up with Listing Agent Megan Thomas from O'Gorman & Partners Real Estate Mosman to sell this modest estate. The sale detailed a Development Application approval for a nightclub, brewery, correctional facility, or just a humble Mosman home. With a brilliant opportunity to maximise views, location and only moments to Country Road, the sale was listed as one not to be missed. I have been assured that the school has not actually been listed for sale, but rather it formed part of the Queenwood Year 12's muck up day activities. Congratulations to Sophie and the girls at Queenwood for their creativity and for engaging in your end of school activities in a safe and good-humoured manner.
