Su Cordiner and the Raise Foundation

Ms FELICITY WILSON (North Shore)

—Speaker, I want to commend Mosman local Su Cordiner for her time working at the Raise Foundation. She has been a valued part of Raise since 2012 and has been crucial in organising the yearly Sparkle Ball event. Fellow local Vicki Condon is the CEO and Founder of the Raise Foundation, and for her work was named the 2019 North Shore Woman of the Year. Over the years, they have supported our vulnerable young people through their mentoring program and NSW Government sponsored Youth Frontiers. I also would like to acknowledge the work they have done with Mosman High School. Su has helped transform this organisation through her work and dedication, which has seen the foundation grow significantly, with its mentoring program now operating nationally. While the COVID-19 pandemic has stopped the yearly Sparkle Ball event from occurring, Su has been instrumental in continuing to gather funds for Raise. I thank Su Cordiner, Vicki Condon, and the Raise Foundation team for their charitable work and perseverance over these last two years.
