Neutral Bay Club Celebrates Its 140th Anniversary in 2022

—Speaker I want to recognise the Neutral Bay Club [NBC] as it enters its 140th year of operation this year. The NBC is one of the oldest registered clubs in New South Wales, since being founded in 1882 it has operated continuously. The NBC is an institution that is integral to the fabric of North Shore serving as a hub that has linked our community for decades. The NBC offers opportunities for the community to connect through its bar and dining facilities, its sporting groups such as tennis and bowling, and through its extensive social events and activities. I have had the pleasure of enjoying their services personally with my family as well as through my role as the area's state representative, having attended their ANZAC services for example. I would like to extend my congratulations to Club President Tamsin Baker, General Manager Peter Lewis, and Secretary and Manager Mark Foster for helping steer the NBC to this significant historical milestone. I thank you for your service, and I extend my thanks to the entire team at the NBC for continuing to keep the spirit of the Club alive every day.
