Beauty Point Talents

—I want to acknowledge the outstanding talent on display at Beauty Point Public School across disciplines such as dance, music, and drama. At the close of Term 4 last year, Beauty Point hosted its annual Talent Show, which showcased the creativity and hard work of students from all year groups and across multiple disciplines. Special recognition is due to the Stage 3 leaders, who brought the school together through activities like singing Christmas carols and facilitating games during breaks. I warmly congratulate the winners and runners-up of the 2024 Talent Show, K-2 winner Livvy and runner-up Dash, and 3‑6 winner Miranda and runner-up Victoria. The talent at Beauty Point Public School does not just extend to their talent show, it is also on display out of school hours. I want to commend year 1 student Hillary for her remarkable achievements in the Get the Beat dance competition. Hillary competed in the Under 6 age group, where she earned first and second place in her categories – an exceptional accomplishment. Congratulations Hillary. I acknowledge the fantastic sense of community at Beauty Point, and recognise the hard work put in by parents, teachers and staff in nurturing these young talents.
