—I want to celebrate the return of the much-loved Art@The Rowers Exhibition at Mosman Rowers. The exhibition is an annual event celebrating the creativity of local artists. Since its inception in 2022, it has provided a fantastic platform for artists to showcase their work in a stunning waterfront setting, enticing artists and art lovers from across Sydney. Running from 1 March to 21 March, this year's exhibition embraces the theme "Coast", featuring watercolours, oil painting, sketching, printmaking and photography. The pieces have been meticulously selected by an expert panel and judged by iconic Australian artist and architect, Susan Rothwell. I warmly congratulate Kathrina Doran and the amazing team behind the scenes who work tirelessly to bring this successful exhibition together. I want to thank the Mosman Rowers members who tried their hand at judging and voted on their favourite work. Finally, I offer my heartfelt congratulations to the award winners: first place, Trudy Goodwin, second place, Ian Collins, third place, Jon Crothers, Members' Choice, Jeffrey Kendall, and Highly Commended, Julie Foster. The Art@TheRowers exhibition always presents such a fantastic opportunity to support local artists. Congratulations to all involved.
