43rd Mini-Mos Top Award Winners Celebrated

Ms FELICITY WILSON (North Shore)

—Congratulations to all participants and winners of the 43rd Mini-Mos Community Fun Run and Fair, one of Mosman's most cherished annual events. This year's record‑breaking turnout saw 2,000 runners take to the streets, raising vital funds for Mosman Public School and its charity partner, Kids Giving Back. A huge thank you to the organising team led by Ronel Engelbrech. Special congratulations to Aidan Velten, who claimed the 10km men's race victory with an impressive time of 30:45, narrowly edging out home favourite and 2024 Ambassador Ed Goddard. In the women's 10km, Sydney's Bronte Oates was first home in 34:39 and will soon represent Australia at the World University Athletics Championships in Germany – best wishes for this exciting opportunity! Dominic Adam triumphed in the men's 5km event with a time of 17:30, while Kath Gresson was the fastest female finisher at 20:09. Amazingly, the 2km event winners, Jimmy Keating and Sophia Ricketson, shared a winning time of 7:30! Mini-Mos continues to unite the Mosman community, drawing families, elite athletes, local businesses, and volunteers together in support of a great cause. Cheers to everyone involved in making the 43rd Mini-Mos such a remarkable and inspiring event!
