—I recognise Bathers' Pavilion in Mosman for once again putting our community on the global stage. This July and August, Bathers will welcome the return of L'Enclume—ranked the number one restaurant in the world by La Liste—for a six-week residency that will bring international attention and acclaim to our beautiful Balmoral Beach. This is an extraordinary achievement for Mosman, and a testament to the vision, professionalism, and hospitality of Bathers' Pavilion, who continue to raise the bar for excellence in Australian dining. Hosting a restaurant of this calibre—led by three-Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan—is not only a culinary honour but also a celebration of the vibrant, world-class experiences available right here in our local community. To the entire team at Bathers' Pavilion, thank you for your continued passion and for showcasing the best of Mosman to the world. This event is a reminder of how lucky we are to live in such a dynamic, culturally rich corner of Sydney. We are proud of your success and grateful for the inspiration you bring to our community.
