Now open at Shop G07, 25-29 Berry Street North Sydney, this vibrant new bakery is making sure no one misses out on the sweeter things in life. Founded by certified pastry chef Deepthi Janakiram, The Green Bakery was inspired by a moment of heartbreak – watching children unable to join in birthday celebrations because of food allergies. That moment sparked Deepthi's six-year journey to craft baked goods that are free from common allergens but full of flavour and joy. With options that are regular, vegan, free of gluten, egg, dairy, nuts (or any combination of these), Deepthi's menu proves that inclusivity and indulgence can go hand in hand. From morning coffee, breakfast or lunch to custom cakes and corporate catering, The Green Bakery has something for every occasion – and every diet.
