Peppermint it Wins 2025 Outstanding Professional Services Award

Ms FELICITY WILSON (North Shore)

—I extend my warmest congratulations to Peppermint IT for winning the 2025 North Shore Local Business Award for Outstanding Professional Services. This achievement is a testament to the passion, dedication and relentless hard work of Founder and CEO Louise Ridlen, who brings over 30 years of experience as an IT consultant. Louise is one of Australia's first female founders of a tech support business and leads with a vision to make technology more human, more helpful, and more empowering. At Peppermint IT in North Sydney, Louise and her team combine care and technical excellence to deliver efficient, secure, and tailored solutions that help businesses grow. Their charitable arm, IT Lady Connect, brings that same care to the wider community, supporting connection, growth and independence. Thank you, Louise, and the entire Peppermint IT team for your commitment to innovation, customer care and our community. The recent Awards night was a fantastic celebration of the small businesses powering the North Shore's local economy and community life. Peppermint IT – it's inspiring to see a business like yours leading the way, not only in professional services, but in giving back and building stronger connections through technology.
