North Shore Bombers Win Both AFL Premier Divisions

Ms FELICITY WILSON (North Shore)

—A heartfelt congratulations to North Shore Bombers for winning both the Men's and Women's AFL Sydney Premier Divisions for the 2025 season. Against all odds, the men's team won the premiership yet again after defeating arch-rivals Manly Warringah Wolves 14.5.89 to 7.8.50 in a rematch of last year's Grand Final. Well done to team captain Ned Campbell for his exceptional leadership. The women's team defeated Sydney University 14.5.89 to 7.8.50. I'm so pleased for the team, as this was their first premiership at this level. Captain Tilly Eder has done a magnificent job leading this outfit of deserving women. Amazingly, this was only the second time in AFL Sydney history that one club has won the two premier division titles in the same season. Both North Shore men and women teams are an inspiration to footy fans of all ages, and I wish the two teams continued success on the field in 2026. Go Bombers!
