Luna Park Celebrates 90 Years

—I would like to warmly acknowledge the 90th birthday of Luna Park, celebrated on the 4th of October. As an iconic landmark on Sydney Harbour's foreshore, Luna Park holds a very special place in the hearts of our community. For nine decades, thousands of visitors have passed through the iconic smiling face at the park's entrance, stepping into a world of classic carnival rides, games, and the famous Coney Island. While the park has undergone numerous upgrades and refurbishments, its rich heritage remains vibrant and alive. Luna Park has brought joy to generations of families, locals, and visitors alike, and it continues to be a much-loved destination filled with fun and nostalgia. I want to congratulate the CEO John Hughes, his current leadership team and all staff for their dedication and hard work in keeping Luna Park the funnest place in Sydney. Their commitment ensures that this treasured landmark continues to create happy memories for many more years to come. Happy 90th birthday, Luna Park Sydney, a true icon and beloved part of our community! Congratulations.
