North Sydney United Recognised In 2025 Season Awards

—Congratulations to North Sydney United for their success in the Northern Suburbs Football Association's 2025 competitions, recognised at the annual awards. North Sydney United was recognised for their play on and off the field, with North Sydney United Red taking out the Men's All Age Division 2 Division Championship as well as the Men's All Age Division 2 Fair Play, Zoe Seeley awarded the Women's MVP and Women's Golden Boot, as well as the Women's team being recognised with the Women's 'Spirit of Football' award. These are high honours the club should rightly be proud of. I recognise North Sydney United President Simon Cox, who has served in this position for 14 of the club's 15 years and has recently been awarded the Football NSW 2025 State Award. I acknowledge board members Roy Maslen, Julia Smith, Mario Posada, Sharon Cox, Kevin Doyle, Sandra Hedge, Helen-Anne MacAlister and Bryan Forde. At its heart, community football is about getting onto the pitch and enjoying yourself, which our local players exemplified this season. Congratulations again to North Sydney United on a wonderful season.
