This achievement reflects the innovation, dedication, and people-focused excellence at the heart of this remarkable business. I especially acknowledge CEO Louise, whose leadership, experience and unwavering commitment to client care have shaped Peppermint IT into a trusted and community-minded organisation. Her vision is strongly supported by an exceptional team whose passion and expertise drive the company's continued success. I recognise Rachel, Laura, Felix, Maui, Eula, Breina, Mark, Isha, Kyle, Amiel, Jenn, Kim, and of course the dog Rowdy, whose combined skills span operations, marketing, data and software solutions, cloud technology, cybersecurity, account management, design, customer support, and more. Each member contributes their own strengths, creativity, and commitment, forming the backbone of Peppermint IT's service and culture. This award is not only a testament to their hard work but also to the loyalty of customers, partners, and supporters who have believed in Peppermint IT's mission.
