—It is a pleasure to recognise the outstanding achievements of Queenwood's rowing program following its remarkable success at the Rowing NSW Awards. Being named Best Schoolgirl Program for the season is a significant milestone and a testament to the dedication, resilience and teamwork that have become hallmarks of the Queenwood community. This well-deserved recognition reflects years of commitment from students, coaches and families, as well as the depth of talent across the entire rowing program. The impressive performances of Queenwood crews throughout the season have brought great pride to our local community and demonstrated the rewards of hard work and perseverance. I also extend my congratulations to coaches Alfie Young, Ciaran Glynn and Ella Davidson on their individual award nominations. Their leadership and commitment to developing young athletes have been instrumental in the program's continued success. Congratulations to every rower, coach, volunteer and supporter who has contributed to this exceptional season. Your achievements are an inspiration, and I congratulate the entire Queenwood community on this well‑earned recognition and wish you every success in the seasons ahead.
