Share your views on Labor's sale of HMAS Penguin

The Federal Labor Government has announced its decision to divest a large part of the operational naval base HMAS Penguin in Mosman. The site includes heritage listed buildings, an ancient angophora forest, and forms part of the historic Middle Head precinct which has been part of Australia's military history continuously since the earliest days of the colony.

I have received overwhelming feedback from the community in opposition to any sale of HMAS Penguin, and concern that the heritage and environmental values will be destroyed should it end up in private ownership.
