Our parks and open spaces are some of the North Shore’s greatest assets. They are places where families gather, friends celebrate birthdays, community groups connect, children play sport, and neighbours come together. These spaces belong to the community and should remain accessible and welcoming for everyone.

At a time when the cost of living is already putting pressure on households, the last thing families need is another charge just to enjoy a picnic, birthday celebration or community gathering in a local park.
