Zonta North Sydney International Women's Day Breakfast

—I would like to recognise and congratulate the North Sydney Zonta Club for hosting an inspiring and thought-provoking International Women's Day breakfast earlier this year in March. The breakfast was hosted to highlight and recognise the importance of Zonta's work in ensuring that women have access to economic opportunities, health and well-being, and participation in the community. I was privileged to have the opportunity to speak at the breakfast and hear of the incredible contributions that women in our local community make to the club. The Zonta Club of North Sydney was founded in 2007 and provides instrumental support to women, and they aim to empower women worldwide through service and advocacy. It was remarkable to be in a room filled with so many incredible local women from all walks of life, especially to be joined by local schoolgirls who will be our promising future leaders crucial to shaping our society. Once again, congratulations to the Zonta Club of North Sydney President Linda Bisnette for hosting a fantastic International Women's Day Breakfast.
