2024 RNSH Health Awards Finalists

—Speaker today I am delighted to acknowledge and commend the inspirational work and achievements of some of our allied health professionals from the Northern Sydney Local Health District. Health workers form an integral and irreplaceable part of our community, and their passion and unwavering dedication to their work is beyond admirable. Although all health professionals deserve applause, on the February 29 this year, three health professionals from our local health district were recognised as finalists at the 2024 NSW Health Excellence in Allied Health Awards, acknowledging their commendable contributions across different categories. I am excited to congratulate health assistant Meryl Abao, speech pathologist Mia Whitehall, and child life therapist Kery Crannis from Royal North Shore Hospital for their outstanding achievements in their respective professions. I am so proud of the ongoing commitment to excellence displayed by the dedicated allied health team across the Northern Sydney Local Health District. Thank you to all our dedicated health professionals for everything you do for us every day, and congratulations Meryl, Mia and Kery for your outstanding achievements.
