North Sydney Bears Raise Funds for Women's Cancer

—I congratulate the outstanding achievement of the North Sydney Bears, claiming the Women's League Cup and being crowned Minor Premiers of the Harvey Norman Women's Premiership 2023. The Bears played an excellent game and kept the South Sydney Rabbitohs to Zero. Over the last five years, the Bears are proud of the growth and involvement of the Women's rugby league in raising money for the charity 'Women Can'. They tackled their way to raise money and awareness to help fund Women's Cancer research. A huge congratulations to Cassey Tohi-Hiku, Jakiya Whitefeld, Jessica Sergis, Rikeya Horne, Mia Wood, Kirra Dibb, Raecene McGregor, Teuila Fotu Moala, Nita Maynard, Kalosipani Hopoate, Jamilee Bright, Vanessa Foliaki, Sarah Togatuki, Lexi Kiriwi, Aliti Namoce Sagano, Grace-Lee Weekes, Allison Futiallo, Chloe Jackson and Head Coach Robert Capizzi. Congratulations to all involved with the North Sydney Bears, from the players to the coaching and support staff and well done on this remarkable win.
