Sydney Swans AFLW Kick Off Season

—I want to congratulate the Sydney Swans AFLW team for their fantastic season opener at North Sydney Oval against the Giants, claiming a historical win fifty-one to forty-six. North Sydney Oval was absolutely buzzing with thousands of locals turning up to support the girls and cheer the Swans home to victory. It was incredibly encouraging to see so many young girls and boys cheering on this fantastic team on a brilliant Sunday afternoon. I acknowledge Brooke Lochland, Bridie Kennedy, Sarah Ford, Paige Sheppard, Chloe Molloy, Ruby Sargent-Wilson, Ally Morphett, Alice Mitchell, Lucy McEvoy, Cynthia Hamilton, Bella Smith, Ella Heads, Alana Woodward, Maddy Collier, Paris McCarthy, Aliesha Newman, Jennifer Higgins, Montana Ham, Rebecca Privitelli, Brenna Tarrant, Lisa Steane, Aimee Whelan, Eliza Vale, Julie O'Sullivan, Sofia Hurley, Kiara Beesley, Lauren Szigeti, Tanya Kennedy, Alexia Hamilton, Laura Gardiner, Hayley Bullas, Kate Reynolds, Montana Beruldsen, and Jaide Anthony.
